Great product, but customer service (email on the website) never back to me. I have emailed them once few month ago..still waiting... less than a week I contacted again... Same story..

Very poor communication, is there anybody there even? No answer to emails or by telephone. How they can expect to run a business like this, especially in covid restricted times is beyond me
