I loved this shop, being allowed to eat my lunch bought from Taco Bell next door right next to the amazing frames accompanied by text on the wall! The options are presented at the till clearly on electronic boards while displayed there too, from which I had a yummy caramel biscuit doughnut on a deal with a latte.

Came in on Saturday 27th of may and was served by Lucy i think. She was incredibly helpful and smiley. Took her time to talk me through different coffees as I’m very indecisive. Well done Lucy you were great!

I was served by a lovely person who I think was called Arlita (I couldn’t quite catch the name badge on the way out!) I went in to get a drink pre-studying as they do student discount (via the app) and she was incredibly welcoming and didn’t stop smiling the whole time. Really lovely service!

I had a disappointing experience. The barista made me a dairy milk flat white, when I’d asked twice for one with coconut milk. He then didn’t apologise for his error. This really upset me because it can make me really ill having dairy milk. It’s only because I spotted that he wasn’t listening properly to me and saw that he’d used dairy milk that stopped me from drinking dairy milk. The donuts were nice, and the coffee was good when it was made correctly. But the food safety issue makes this a one star experience because of how seriously I view this.

Rudest staff ever. Rang to report a missing item in an order only to have a very rude girl first try to blame the delivery driver, then to sullenly reply (when I explained the order was sealed and everything else there) “well there’s nothing I can do”. No apologies, no attempt to even try to sort the issue out, just quick to blame everyone else except perhaps the staff member who forgot the item. Absolutely won’t use again.
