Great job. Had several presale emails with Scott as I wanted to ask several questions. He responded well and patiently answered every one. We agreed a price and he ordered the part for my MacBook Pro and kindly repaired it same day. My laptop is actually better than new! Would use again if I need to.

Rude and aggressive customer service simply because I wasn't willing to pay £30 for them to see if there was an obvious visual fault with my phone.
