What can I say apart from Amazing !! I have used Blenheim twice in the last 12 months, both times my main contacts have been Kelly and Morgan. Communication has been excellent throughout, totally professional and extremely pro-active on all matters. Brochure was top quality, great photos too.Summing up, I would use the Blenheim team every day of the week.

We’ve just moved into our lovely home, in time for Christmas.The team at Blenheim Park Estates (with a particular shout out to Kelly - thanks Kelly!), made the process easier than we had expected.They have been friendly and professional each step of the way, reacting with urgency whenever the circumstances required.

We used Blenheims for our sale and our purchase in 2022. Their staff were extremely professional and courteous throughout the process and kept us informed at every stage. We did have an issue with our sale when our buyer pulled our after several months but Blenheims immediately contacted other potential buyers and the sale did then go through relatively quickly.

Great experience buying with Blenheim - in particular Kelly who was friendly and always accessible and liaised well with my agents and the solicitors to help progress the sale despite a few problems from the solicitors along the way.One year on I’m very happy in my new home, thanks all.

We recently worked with Blenheim to sell our house and we would not hesitate to use them again, they are by far the best estate agents we have ever used. From the initial valuation of our property through to completion and beyond, the whole team were friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. They are a skilled and professional team who worked seamlessly together. Blenheim were acting on behalf of our vendor and they provided exceptional feedback and ease of communication throughout the whole process.Our chain was, at times, somewhat stressful, but if I saw it was Kelly calling, I knew I was guaranteed clarity, professionalism and honesty.If only all estate agents were this good.

Blenheim Park Estates were instructed to sell our property at the height of the property boom. We noticed something was drastically wrong when we were getting several people knocking on our door, unannounced over consecutive weekends. The customers had told us directly that Blenheim stated they had no weekend viewings available. As a result, we were advised to send mystery shoppers to establish whether it was just our property that could not have weekend viewings. The mystery shopper that called up to view our property was told there were no viewing slots available at the weekend and their details were never taken. Blenheim also never gave us (the sellers) the option to show the customer around ourselves, which we had made clear on many occasions we were more than happy to do so. To confirm our suspicions, a second mystery shopper called minutes later and asked to view another property in the same area of a similar value, the sales team immediately asked for their details and said there were viewing slots available on the same weekend. When we tried to understand why our property could not have weekend viewings and give Blenheim the opportunity to rectify the situation, Emily the sales manager was in constant denial and defence mode. Emily was unable to provide an explanation or apologise for discriminating against us and stated that if we exited the contract (that Blenheim had broken) Blenheim would be the only party that would incur significant costs. Emily failed to understand from their wrongdoings we missed out on the prime selling time, due to Blenheim obstructing our property sale and turning numerous customers away in the height of the boom (where houses were reaching up to 15% over market value). This can be confirmed by multiple estate agents where we had valuations before and after we appointed Blenheim. Fortunately, the second time around we appointed a much more professional, established and reputable company that sold our house as soon as it was re-marketed.We are writing this review as we would not wish this to happen to anyone else, a simple apology and accountability would have gone a long way.

We were buying through Blenheim who were representing the seller, they made the process very smooth and simple, checking in at regular intervals to make sure everything was progressing as it should. We very much appreciated the attentiveness of replies from the staff, they were extremely quick and efficient and always keen to help. Even after the sale had gone through and we needed to get in contact with the sellers they were more than happy to assist us and pass on our message. Would highly recommend, an excellent service!

Form our first call to arrange to visit our now new home to asking Blenheim to sell our then home the experience has been of the highest quality. We have worked with several members of the Blenheim team over the last three months and without exception they have been generous with their time, professional advice, patience and understanding. We really can't recommend them highly enough and rest assured that once you are their client they will move heaven and earth to make sure that you and your needs are their main priority. At the outset the firm threw plenty of resources into the sale. We weren’t very happy with the dodgy use of English for the brochure and had to rewrite some passages. But we were pleased with the drone photos and brochure overall.Unfortunately we started to sell a year ago as the mortgage market collapsed and that increased stress levels.Special praise for knowledgeable Kelly Rhodes Smith who was marvellous at sorting out other peoples estate agents and solicitors!Felt the firm was very attentive throughout unlike some estate agents and gave prompt serviceProbably a bit pricey
