After an email request for help yesterday, and it’s all sorted today! Excellent service to tackle a BIG hornet’s nest in the loft, and John was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, confident and put our minds at rest as he gowned-up to spray and remove the nest. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from this company.Phoned on Saturday having discovered a wasp nest in my garden.Given an appointment for the following Monday for between 8.00 and 8.30.John arrived at approximately 8.10 and quickly and efficiently removed the nest.Would thoroughly recommend this company

First time that I have had a Wasps nest, and it wasn't in a nice place, so needed urgent attention. It's also the first time I need pest control so did a quick search on Google and found Urban Pest Control Ltd.It was a pleasure dealing with them from the first words on the phone call, very professional, helpful and responsive. We had a wasps nest in our loft. We called Urban Pest Control who were friendly and happy to help. They asked some questions and explained their process clearly and in an easy to understand way and were around to sort the problem in less than 24 hours. Andrew was friendly and professional and got to work in no time at all removing the wasps nest in next to no time. All in all took less than an hour and was great value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We discovered 2 wasps nest and hornets nest in our roof and phoned urban pest control, within half an our John arrived and was up on the roof, sprayed the nests and the job was done. Super efficient, professional and so quick. Would highly recommend.

Delighted I found Urban pest control. We originally contacted over a year ago as our Mole population had got out of hand. Josh has be excellent. Sorted our Mole problem out quickly. Love the continuity of Urban pest control as each time we have a pest problem Josh comes round and deals with it. When we had too many rats he quickly dealt with that too but also educated me on how to best manage feeding the birds without also encouraging pests to move in. So knowledgable, friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.
