They did a brilliant job at repairing some stilettos for me that had a broken heel. Keys cut too at a very reasonable price. Another time I had a belt that needed extra holes and they did it for free for me. Great service !!

Absolutely fantastic, my heels were just about ready for the bin, until they visited the shoe doctor! What can I say it’s given them a whole new lease of life! Great service, great price and super quick turn around. Highly recommended!

Go here first!! I spent weeks going back and forth with Timpsons trying to get keys cut for my door and in the end they said they couldn’t do it and gave me a refund. Went here once and first time keys work perfectly! Thanks for your help.

The key for our roof box nearly snapped with all our gear inside while in Newmarket for the weekend. The Shoe Doctor was able to delicately cut a key without breaking the original. Highly recommended and very helpful and a really nice guy...... Many thanks

Did a fantastic job fixing boots for me. Definitely recommend them for a job which is not the average re-heeling etc. Explained what they would do and couldn’t do more to help. They have a lot of experience fixing riding boots in Newmarket. Top notch service, highly recommended.

Outstanding! Friendly, prompt, professional service – prices for battery replacement on my watch were 80% cheaper than the exact same service offered by a Timpson store in Cambridge!! Will definitely be back again! Update 26/5/21 - Visited again last week - still fantastic, well priced and welcoming!
