Had such a good buying experience at Riverside motors.Lisa is so friendly and completely honest with the way she sells her cars. Which is so refreshing in a world of dodgy car salesmen!I'd recommend this company to all my friends and family. Very happy customer. 10/10

i got intouch with lisa at riverside motor company ltd when i was searching for my perfect car.i spent days trawling the internet but wasnt finding what i wanted there would always be an issue whether it be mileage, spec, or condition. so i gave lisa the info of what i was looking for as i was quite fussy.i wanted a 2007 rangeRover Vogue SE TDV8, stornaway grey colour with ivory interior and obviously i had a budget!a couple of days later lisa got back to me with everything on my list ticked and a couple of extras that i had over looked such as service history.we looked through and i went for the one with the best mileage and it still came in under budget which i was delighted about. so lisa and the team at riverside collected and prepped the vehicle and i came and paid and drove away it was so simple and i couldnt be happier with the vehicle. when i come to renew my vehicle i will be coming straight here rather than wasting my time searchinbg and finding nothing.many thanks to Lisa and the team at riverside motor company.

Mr Francesco Cembrola of 20, Kendal Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, we believe, filled a Diesel engined vehicle with Petrol and continued to drive the vehicle, subsequently and considerably damaging the engine. The vehicle was replaced with a courtesy vehicle for a seven-day period whilst the damaged vehicle was repaired. The two-day delay in repair of the vehicle was caused by the supply by the vehicle main dealer of incorrect cylinder head diesel injector sealing rings.Francesco Cembrola then decided he did not want the vehicle, we therefore repaid Francesco Cembrola the full amount he had paid for the vehicle plus the Vehicle Road Tax and any other out of pocket expenses. We believe our Customer Care is second to none, proven by the aforementioned actions.The comments left by Francesco Cembrola in his review which we have only recently noticed and that have been live for more than three months, are we believe, without foundation, libellous in the extreme and have effected our business substantially over that time.Therefore we are to issue legal proceedings for libel against Francesco Cembrola for the sum not exceeding 200,000.00 pounds.

Lovely people, a familybusiness.It was a a 170 mile round journey to view the car. No pressure, but the car was quality. Sale was easy. Honest , frank, people. Went back by train. Was picked up at the station. Very professional operation. No wonder they are successful.

Would highly recommend Lisa at riverside motors. We bought a Zafira on finance, it was the finance company that found it for us and we're so glad they did. When we came to look at it she just gave us everything we needed to know and let us get on with having a look, no hard sell, was really friendly and went above and beyond to get all the things we needed to get the finance through quickly. We test drove Tuesday and picked it up Friday. She kept us well informed on the progress of all the paperwork, mot and servicing, she even came and picked my fiancé up from the train station as our lift to pick it up fell through! Absolutely brilliant service! Car drives like a dream and most importantly we know it's safe for our kids! Thanks Lisa, when we're due the next upgrade we'll be back! Mark and Donna x

They sell me a car (Vauxhall Insignia - £5,400) with fake MOT, on the MOT certificate there was no issue at all. However the first problem I found was broken wiper blade, so I realised that car should fail the MOT. I have booked a health check in Vauxhall Service and they found many issues and the total price £1,500 for repair. Also they spotted that the bodywork has been done. I will take a consequence form that or she will pay for reapair because she gave me ''3 months guarantee''.DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!
