Have visited this store on many occasions. Always a great range of bags and merchandise, with fabulous prices. Bartering is always an option and great value for money. I’ve bought some lovely bags from here and would recommend a visit!

Awful shop. Rude and wholly unprofessional backpacker - style female staff member, might have been Australian, refused to turn down the ear splitting music because its the layout of the shop " so we had to communicate with her by sign language and rather than pass us the pair of sandals we asked to try on

I am absolutely delighted with my two rugs from Marrakech house! Most of all though, the customer service from Mohammed was exceptional! He ensured I had the correct size rugs and even delivered them to my house as part of the service. I would hugely recommend Marrakech House, not only for quality and price but also for their care and excellent service.

Mohamed was very helpful in helping me pick a beautiful berber rug and then arranged for it to be delivered the next day to my flat in London so I wouldn't have to carry it in the tube. Great service and great products!

Refused refund (product returned undamaged within 2 days) until I threatened to call my credit card company and get the item canceled on there. I tried to ask for a refund in a friendly way explaining that I liked the product but it simply didn't suit the style of the room it was for when i lined it up . They apparently have a policy of no refunds which is against UK consumer law (though sign in store says exchanges only after 28days this was after just 2 days). Best to avoid if you don't want a shady service and an argument.

Our first visit to this shop & the young lady who served us was called Demi, she was so welcoming, friendly & helpful, also very funny, we bought a few things from the shop & got an excellent price, the owner was also friendly & very keen to help.We will definitely shop there again.

This is a great place I got a beautiful original berber rug here, Mohammed was really helpful and even sent my rug to me in London & it arrived within 24 hours. If you like Morrocan goods this is the place to go well worth a trip to Brighton.

Such a fab shop. Mohammed is always so helpful - -and patient. He has such a lot of stock to love!! And he will arrange delivery too. Perfect.
