I always have a positive experience when I get no 24/26 from Acomb into York City centre. The drivers are always cheerful and helpful. I wish there were more buses on the timetable as I prefer the service to First buses, the drivers drive like idiots at times and some are very impatient and rude. Well done Transdev

omg its a bloody good company , little buses running around my town , nothing too big like a nordic , love the coastliner , love castleline and most of all , even know its really long , the 22 , i would take it over the 412/X70

We've just lost Trans Dev on the Selby-Drax route, and I and my family are really sad about it. It's the first time our village has had a decent bus service in decades. Selby Council has once more proved it only cares about money and not it's residents. Thanks to all the lovely, caring drivers and management of Trans Dev . Arriva has a lot to live up to.

I get the early bus into Leeds and today is the third time it’s been cancelled this month. There have been no apologies and no explanations. In the past I have had my ticket renewal cancelled without notice. When I contacted them they agreed to refund additional tickets that I’d had to buy and then proceeded to ignore all further emails. Great idea poorly run service!
