Heritage were very professional from the outset,The standard of work was extremely good.We have had two lots of work carried out, each time they didn’t let us downI would highly recommend them

They have messed us about from the beginning ,coming to do work. Then not turning up ,now when they have come to power wash the patio they have knocked all the guttering of our new conservatory with the power washer. Do not recommend at all

Still trading dispite lockdown. Three men eating lunch shoulder to shoulder in a van dispite the social distancing 2 metre rule. Stay at home keep safe.

Work completed, although quoting and communication was poor. Phone call at 8am demanding payment now" via banktransfer not credit card. So they could afford to buy the concrete. Has been now almost 2 years and they still have not sealed the driveway

Had our drive and back garden done in imprinted concrete if I knew then what I know now would not have bothered would have left block paving downThey laid concrete took money and that was it getting them back to finish of was a nightmareBack was so bad it had to be dugg up and relaid which they did after weeks of phoning them upAll you got of the girl in office was OH haven't they been then she rang one morning at 7am to say they were coming that day Never turned up 5 times we waited inSo would not recommend them hence the 1 star

If you want the best drive for your peopery then these are the people to use.No qualms at all in recommending them.

I have used the company several times over the 15 years. Each time they have done an ok job but always with issues. Cracking, areas with no print, issues with sealant, blocked drain, never returned to Finnish wall. Each time I rectified the problem myself.My latest disappointment was a quote for a small rectangular patio, no digging, easy access, no drainage required £4000!!!! The last patio they laid for me is 3x the size with changes in elevation and shape priced at £3800. Thankfully I’ve just looked at the most recent reviews for this company. It’s clear they haven’t improved and now are overpricing. I would not recommend this company

We have used Heritage driveways before so contacted them again to lay our imprinted patio. So pleased with their work and the friendly team - the result is excellent and just what we wanted! Would definitely recommend.

Don't use this company whatever you do, they don't follow or use normal building regulations, my driveway was laid 6 inches too high after I clearly informed them where the damp course was, I am now in the process of seeking legal advice as they won't return my calls to discuss a resolution to this matter, I now have damp issues due to their incompetance and lack of knowledge.
