The bubble tea here is great. The interior decor is also quite nice. I got my usual taro with tapioca bubbles and it was delicious from here - highly recommend it.

The place is so quaint, it's lovely. The cakes are amazing! And the staff are very friendly. Love coming in here after work for some sweet treats

Super aesthetic but mediocre boba/service. They did prepare it properly but I’m not sure exactly what they added to my boba (I think coffee jelly which I didn’t ask for) besides the general ask for soy milk but it was £0.50 more than it should’ve been and tasted like coffee. I don’t know how you can make a black sugar milk tea taste so bland. Service is rather slow and inefficient.

This review is ONLY about the St Enoch HiTea. We are happy with the service of the other HiTea shop. We have special dietary habits so we asked the staff to put our low calorie sweetener into our bubble tea rather than the sugar as they do not have their own low calorie sweetener option. We were refused which is unbelievable. They don't understand that they MUST accommodate to the customers special requests as what we asked is easily doable! Appalling customer service. That's the only place ever that had an issue fulfilling our easy request.The problem is that they DARED to give the explanation below that We had offered that we do your drink without our sugar and leave the cup unsealed for you to add your own option and mix. We could not mix materials which are not sourced by us or with our tools." Like

Was quite busy when I went there, the teas are absolutely beautiful and you can customise yours.Fast service and great staff working there, However we found a bit difficult find place to get our drink at the place.

The bubble tea and ice cream had was nice but the place is looking very run down , seemed to have enough staff but nobody cleaning . Tables and little plant pots need cleaned ,tile grout dirty and floor was dirty and upholstery could easily be scrubbed with some upholstery cleaner . Seems cleaning is not a priority I’m surprised the centre management allow this .
