I had my lips done today with Carla. She is very knowledgeable and reassuring. Carla talks you through the process and helps you understand what may and may not happen after the procedure giving you the confidence in what to look out for. My lips are swollen atm (completely normal) for me to be able to show a results picture however I have taken a picture of the aftercare pack that you receive following the procedure which includes Carlas very own lip balm!

I went to Carla for a 6ml package of filler. She was lovely, and all was going well, before she started on my filler she had to suddenly leave as her son was in trouble. I was sat alone in the treatment room for around 25 minutes. It was so awkward and I didn’t know what to do tbh. It felt so unprofessional, like I was here for my nails done or something which doesn’t involve my face..The treatment it’s self, Carla runs three everything effectively and to a good standard. However, I didn’t feel the filler lasted as long as my usual girl I go too.Lastly, she was lovely in herself, but I wouldn’t go back due to the unprofessional standards I received, eg, practitioner leaving before my appointment for a personal matter.It left me uneasy but I was too awkward to say anything.Carla was lovely. But I wouldn’t return due to feeling like I was getting a sunbed, and not someone injecting needles in my face,

Best experience I’ve had in a salon! Had a great laugh with Cait who managed to fit me in short notice as I requested my lashes to be done for the first time she gave me great advice and I left with a smile on my face definitely recommend!

Carla put me at ease when visiting her for the first time. She listened to what I wanted and then recommended how she thought to best carry out my treatment. The salon was very clean and Carla was very professional. We did have a little giggle at times! I am so pleased with the outcome of my lip treatment! I also received an after care pack, containing a cool/hot gel pack, a lip balm made by carla, which is fab (ill be purchasing more!) And some arnica gel incase of bruising (which i didnt need.) Ive been having fillers for over 5 years and i have never been given that! Thanks so much xxx
