Been using for years, the store is always clean and tidy and well laid out.

Sadly service very very poor. I came in today after leaving my card at the checkout last time I’d been here. I asked the lady on customer service if it had been handed in but sadly not.The lady on customer service was not talkative at all. After she looked for my old card she she started to write my customer number down on paper to give me so I could give that to checkout.When I asked how do I get a new card she did not even look at me she just kept looking at her computer screen and said nothing to me.This is so poor to have someone on customer service that can’t even be bothered to talk to you when her job is “CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Makro Hull is a good, well managed store with a great supply of meat, fish, veg ambient, bar & front of house supplies. You can grab a snack from the cafe and a free brew on the way round. Order for delivery or hand pick you're own.

Two in one.Two cash n carry’s in same building.Shipped here for over 3yrs now and always greeted with a smile from reception to re plen staff.Always helpful.The fresh fish counter is closed. Like all makro store.Lee , Mark and the rest of the team offer the best produce available.Wide choice of retail and catering products on offer.Excellent store Run a great team.

It's not worst place in the world,great for spices and general cooking items but it certainly isn't cheap in retrospect to buying in bulk , more often than not supermarket offers far better prices

Completely agree with Grumpy Fox's review below.We lost our card and the woman at the desk looked like she'd rather be somewhere else than actually help you or at least tell you what you need to do to get a replacement card.Honestly, I've been to Airports that are easier to get through than this store.

Will not deliver past Hull & appears to just want to be a cash & carry now. Would not honour waste oil voucher (small print was missed by me, that a voucher is valid for 28 days only, I feel robbed of hundreds of litres of oil) I will not be returning after the attitude of the duty manager who couldn't care less. Salad & vegetables have been poor quality recently. It is cheaper & lasts longer from the supermarkets. Many of the prices have increased above the supermarkets & other suppliers. Many products have been unavailable in recent weeks. Customer service at the till & for click & collect is poor - With 3x trolleys no help was given to get to my vehicle despite the store being relatively quiet. I will not be returned until things have improved, this is a trade account of several years spending >£50k per year.

Plenty of choice. Great cafe. Would definitely recommend the sausage sandwiches.

Would be better if they let anyone shop here. Won't give me a card cos I'm not self employed.
