I’ve had appointments with nurses Emma and Suzie - both were so helpful, kind and reassuring. They listened, explained everything properly and didn’t rush the appointments at all. I recently had some telephone consultations and face to face appointments with Emma from PSM Group. On all occasions she was personable and professional, putting me at ease & allayed any concerns I raised. She has offered regular check ins as I deem appropriate to ensure I am happy and welcomes a phone call if any issues arise.

To say this is the most disgraceful doctors surgery is an understatement, the doctors MISS warning signs. they turn you away with ‘nothing wrong’ and when A&E hear about this, they say it’s appauling and they are disgusted with them. They miss huge haematomas (the size of 20cm) and are told ‘go to A&E but they won’t do anything’ and that was from DR DEACON so that isn’t a surprise. All your staff need retraining and now my mum will have a disfigured leg forever now because YOU MISSED the warning signs.

I have had two recent appointments with nurses Emma and Suzie, who were both very compassionate and took the time to reassure me, putting me at ease during a personal procedure. They both went above and beyond what I expected, even fitting me in on their lunch break and were great with my little baby who I had to bring along to one appointment. They are both a credit to the practice.

Had a few various recent appointments for a range of different reasons and the care and attention from both the doctors and nurses is absolutely fantastic. Particularly the nursing staff Emma and Danielle who went above and beyond to support and reassure me during my most recent visit. All of the staff I have come across do their best to support our community despite the conditions and challenges they face, can't thank our healthcare professionals enough for everything they do.

This surgery is great. Always responsive to requests for appointments and prescription orders. All staff are friendly and help to the best of their ability. I recently went to see Dr Leniart with a strange set of symptoms he listened and didn't rush me. He suspected a rare condition and immediately sent me to hospital. A week later he rang me to see how I was. An amazing kind and caring doctor.

Spoke to a really helpful lady called Cheryl. She was very efficient, helpful and quickly dealt with my request. I had called earlier in the day however the lady I spoke to at that time could not help me and told me to call back later. Cheryl demonstrated excellent customer service and is a credit to the team. Whenever I ring they are really helpful. I've had a couple of telephone appointments with the AP Nurse and she was lovely. I think her name was Caroline. She listened and didn't rush me.

I'm not registered with St Mary's Penwortham, my Doctors are St Fillians Penwortham. I needed my stiches taken out after an oparation, St Fillians don't have any qualified Nures to remove my stiches . So I ended up at St Mary's. The nurse at St Mary's was so understanding and careful removing my stiches, I was very impressed. Thank you.
