It took a bit of time to get going on sending me the samples I had requested (and their samples are quite difficult to judge because thinner and smaller than average), but I was very impressed by how smoothly the rest of the process unfolded and Luis was extremely attentive and helpful, even kindly sending me videos of some of the worktops when I was unable to pass by the show room, and organising the installation as quickly as possible. The finished result is beautiful and the installation team were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

When looking for a worktop for our Kitchen, it was simple but go to Touchstone and pick our design of slab. There was a wide range of slabs to choose from and the staff helped see our particular design pattern and reserve the slab until we were ready. The staff visited our property and done the template. Installation was effortless and quick with the worktop fitting the first time.I love the worktop. Good job all around with good communication and timelines meet.If you can not find a worktop? Try Touchstone.

Excellent service from Touchstone Worktops from the moment we made an appointment to visit their showroom to the final installation of our beautiful worktop. The whole team were friendly and gave great advice, we would strongly recommend them. We are very happy with our new worktop and it is the centrepiece of our new kitchen.

I needed a custom Granite piece made for me. I visited Touchstone and they ran through my options and finishes. Once we choose the colour we discussed the design. Timing was great as it was made and delivered in 3 days!Ricardo was really helpful and I appreciated the time and effort helping get what I wanted. The finished piece was exactly as promised and I'm very happy. Excellent service and quality at a great price. Totally recommend them.

Touchstone Worktops were helpful and professional. From the planning stage to advising on where to buy marble and granite, what sizes would be necessary and thickness of each piece.Luis even came up with suggestions and ideas which were thoughtful and brilliant.The fitters are very detail oriented and worked well with our builders.I could not recommend this company highly enough. Use them.

We looked all over for people to provide and fit our worktop.We found the stone we liked at from different company's showroom and contacted Touchstone for a quote. Off the bat the price was competitive and the customer service was amazing.A day later someone was stenciling and fitting started the next week.There was an issue with the measurements of the Island so that couldnt be fit but they quickly were on the phone to me to apologize and reschedule.Now that it's all in, it's amazing.Thanks so much.

We are extremely satisfied and happy with the service and kitchen tops from Touchstone, they look superb. We were very impressed with Touchstone, from the first design meeting at their office/showroom, the tour of the workshop, and their ability to keep everything to schedule in these days of difficult supply chains. We were very impressed with the templaters and fitters, who were professional, very personable and fitted the worktops to give a great installed product.

Went into this site and asked for a quote for a kitchen worktop. Went in with the kitchen plan and all dimensions and also knew what stone I was looking for. Spoke to two members of staff including Alpesh who took all the details and said he will get back to me within two days. Never heard back from them. Ended up going to one of their competitors nearby and they managed to give me a quote, come down to the house next day to measure up and fitted the kitchen 5 days later. Don’t waste your time with them. Seems like they just pick and choose their customers.
