Hove Station Hand Car Wash

£30 down the drain. Their vacuuming ability leaves a lot to be desired. Still a huge amount of dust and rubbish left. Seems all thwy did is spray some rancid smelling odour eater inside. They couldn't even power wash the outside to a half decent standard. My roof hasn't been touched. And one side panel still has mud on it. If i didnt live so far away, I'd have gone back and asked for it to be done again. Avoid at all costs.

Paid a premium price but got a premium service. Went in for a wash and paint work refinish, mop and polish. The guys worked for three hours to do the job and considering my Audi A5 black metallic car is 15-years old, it now Looks like it’s just been re-sprayed. My car looks absolutely amazing and they had a previous bad polish attempt to remove from the lacquered finish. I am so chuffed with the results. Turned a few heads driving home too. Well done guys!!!

When i went there the first time, the guy who cleaned the car did a really good job even though it was just outside wash. He left it spotless. I have waited more than 10 minutes, but when i went there a couple of days ago, there were different people, and they gave me the car back in 10 minutes in and out cleaning! They haven't done a proper job at all. This is how i got the car back. I wasted £25. I won't be going again.

I have used these guys before, but turned up today and even though they advertise £25 for external and internal clean, they said they had to charge extra as the car was ‘too dirty’.I really didn’t like there attitude, so I left and will avoid in future

Absolute shamblesI've been using this car wash for years and now won't go back.This is the second time now that the staff are to busy talking amongst themselves , or on their phones, or smoking.Not interested in doing a good job and this time the guy said they had finished and I had to point out to him that the wheels hadn't even been cleaned.You get a better clean at the shell garage on the Old Shoreham Road for £4.50 than this crowd.Very disappointing as it used to be the place to go but as you see from the 3.5 reviews it's going downhill very quickly

Quick and efficient. I went without booking and got good service. Minor thing the soap on the top was not fully cleaned and left a bubble marks when dried. I think it was the exception as they were quite busy. God value for money too

Don’t go. Crooks trying to overcharge, do a substandard job, and steal your cash!I wanted and exterior and interior clean for £25. The guy had a look at the inside and said it would need a mini valet for £30 as it was too dirty. It wasn’t, it just had the usual floor bits that accumulate over time, nothing too crazy that wouldn’t be picked up with a hoover. I don’t even have floor mats to wash but I just said that’s fine anyway. I came back and another guy tried to charge me £35, which I refused. I then checked the car and the quality of the job wasn’t great, so I asked them to redo a couple of bits. Someone also stole the coins I had. Not much value wise, but still completely not ok. The guy said no one took the money but then gave me the equivalent money back.

Despite a various mixed reviews I took the car for a wash and wax £13 in a good hope. They were not busy and I was straight in, yet I was glad to be gone from there, as it was all very rushed and loud. The quality of the work is questionable as there were dirt marks all over and an old dry bird poo still on the freshly washed car. The area below the car doors was not even touched. Disappointing, I won't come back.

Absolutely diabolical!!! I paid for a mini valet and didn't get the finish as advertised...another lady next to me the same service but got her mats cleaned and dried.It's a shame as I had another appointment to get to otherwise I would have stayed and pointed all dirt still in the car.The customer service is utterly rubbish and the job is not well done for the price you pay for. The interior cleaning is masked by polish.Never again!!! Go somewhere el

Staff need to get trained in customer service.....smile, be polite, ask the customer what they would like. I had to point out obvious areas where they have missed cleaning properly, even though I had already asked them to pay particular attention to certain really problem areas. I am going to buy a cordless vacuum (£25-50), as £25 is a rip off for such sloppy service/standards.
