Highly recommend this fab company. Clear communications which was so helpful and the two guys who delivered and fitted the hot tub were so professional. Obviously love their job coz all we could hear was their banter and laughter! So a big shout out to cheeky, happy Trev and coffee loving Luke!

George and his team go above and beyond! The best customer service ever, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, George is a star! The hot tub is their own design and it's incredible, the jets can be controlled individually, and the power range using the diverter valves makes each recliner completely personal experience. I got this for pain relief, and after the first go I felt so much difference. I also have the drinks table, that swivels (and can also be removed), so I have plenty of room for a bottle, glasses, candles and more, very conveniently right there, or not.I did a lot of research before I bought my hot tub, the new insulation, design, and extra features made it an easy choice, and definitely the right one! I cannot recommend this firm, its staff and products highly enough. George was so helpful from start to finish, sharing information and answering all my questions (and there were plenty as I was a new tub purchaser!). The quality of the tub is incredible and the lads that came to install it were an absolute delight, despite some difficulties fitting the tub through the gate into the garden!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a hot tub. They have exceeded all expectations in customer services and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot say thank you enough to you all!

This Company is amazing and a rarity in today’s world. First Trev and Luke arrived on time to install my new Jacuzzi, great couple of guys nothing was too much for them. Towards lunchtime their boss arrived… what happened next was amazing, unfortunately they had delivered the wrong jacuzzi! The solution was without me asking that they “upgraded” us there and then and said if I was happy with the upgraded jacuzzi there was nothing to pay, I then tried to pay them but they refused my payment!!!!Was I happy yes, I wondered in this day and age would any other company do this?Outside of the upgrade everything was perfect the jacuzzi, the service, the delivery and the run through of the operation. If you want a jacuzzi this company is number oneThank you SerenityJohn

Absolutely brilliant service.- Supported us through complex delivery and installation of the hot tub.- Brilliant expert service giving advice on how to run the hot tub, chemicals needed.- Had brilliant patience with us as we required to arrange a crane to lift the hot tub over a very high wall.- On the day of installation Trev and Luke were so helpful ensuring the hottub was installed correctly and stayed to give a full overview of the chemicals and cleaning process.- Hot tub is absolutely brilliant quality and excellent value.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The lads couldn’t do enough for us when fitting the tub, they ran through the controls, chemicals and maintenance before leaving and were very thorough. Would highly recommend when purchasing a hot tub. Cheers Danny and Beth

Had a great service from this company. Arrived on time, great hot tub and answered any later questions very quickly. We run an air bnb Hillcot Glamping and the hot tub has been a huge hit for wonderful star gazing. It is taking a lot of use and still looks good and works well. We would definitely recommend them and would buy another!! Thank you George and team.
