Riverside Medical Practice
I attended the practice for my flu jab yesterday and was in and out within 5 minutes. As ever the staff were fantastic as they always are. The Riverside practice is and always has been the best Practice ever

Riverside Medical Practice
Just had my covid and flu jabs at riverside medical centre. In and out in about 3 minutes. Lovely warm welcome from Sam on Reception straight through to see the nurse. All appropriate questions asked and injections performed professionally. Information about what to possibly experience following the injections and a very friendly goodbye. Don't know how you could improve on this experience. Enjoyed the usual efficiency delivered with a smile. In my opinion Riverside is the very best gp surgery in the area and I am constantly grateful I am registered with this practice.

As usual an excellent service. From initial booking of the injections to completing the appointment everything went very smoothly and timely.Nothing unusual there. This is a first class practice with excellent and timely support. Very efficient and effective telephone system

5 Star Practice.I had a recent appointment for a flu and covid jab all the staff were very friendly courteous and professional, always a pleasure having an appointment at the practice.All the staff who answer the phone, whether it be at a very busy time early morning or later in the day, are very friendly and helpful. They do their very best to get you to see the person you would like to see. If that can’t be done, they offer alternatives and in particular they do let you have face to face if that’s what you request.

A really friendly doctors surgery not a single member staff come across as snooty like I have had from many of the previous GP's practices I have been at over the years of being ill and in constant chronic Pain over the years.I feel listened to and feel like both Doctors nurses and office staff all try to help you out where they can.

Riverside Medical Practice
Moved here after the dreadful Tennant Street practice. Reception staff and medical staff are great. I always get an appointment when it's needed urgently. Only set back are no late evening appointments but they are open early enough.

Riverside Medical Practice
I was a patient at this practice a few years ago, moved and had to sign into another GP practice. I returned back to Stockton last October and rejoined the practice. I can honestly say that the service given by all staff at the Riverside Medical Practice is second to none. Quality care, kindness and consideration has always been given to myself and my parents ❤️ who both needed help when they became ill due to each having a cancer diagnosis.Thank you to all the staff.

Riverside Medical Practice
Went to the surgery on Saturday 30th September for COVID-19 & Flu jab. Everything was very efficient and very professional as usual. Staff were all very friendly and helpful as usual.
