We booked The Professional Snagging Company for our first week in our new home and would highly recommend everyone does the same!They were professional, efficient and very informative. This took the pressure of us to complete our 7-day snag list ourselves and gave us peace of mind that we hadn't missed anything important.

Really pleased with the service from this company. We had our inspection on a Sunday morning, and received a detailed report by noon on Monday. They found numerous snags that we hadn't noticed, and the communication from booking through to receiving the report was excellent. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again if we bought another new build.

Phil made the process very easy when booking our inspection to meet our needs. Ansa was our inspector she was very approachable and friendly but also very knowledgeable and clearly had good experience in inspecting new built housesWould highly recommend this service as we are first time buyers and helped reassure us.

We were initially very secptical if we required this service to begin with, however we were completely proven wrong. Tony arrived at our new build and was pleasant, informative and thorough. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and experienced. He has also been a line of support beyond the date of the snagging. He's a credit to the company.Off the back of this great experience, my parents are also looking to use this service when they move into their new build. Couldn't be more pleased.

Could not recommend enough!!! Had communicated with Phil regarding our booking. He was very quick at responding, polite, accommodating to when I needed to change the date and just an overall very helpful person. Kirsty came and did our snagging report. She was professional, hilarious and didn’t mind talking us through some areas. Kirsty did a thorough walk through of the house and left no stone unturned. She advised that we couldn’t have the drone we had booked because of restrictions and I had the refund in my account the next day along with our full report. Moving house is very expensive…but this is easily the best money we have spent in the process. The Snagging Company has been nothing but helpful from day 1, despite us having to change dates on numerous occasions. On the day, Tony was brilliant, we didn’t even know he was in the house. His knowledge, experience and advice how best to progress matters with the builders has been invaluable. He worked way longer than we had paid for, and not only provided the information in report form but took the time to show us and explain the issues. He is also available for “back up” with the builders which is above and beyond what we expected.I would recommend this company 100%, without hesitation, to any other new buyers. I am just grateful that they were recommended to me.Thank you Phil and Tony, what a pleasant experience and incredible value for money.

We had a great experience with the Professional Snagging Company, who were friendly and responsive to any queries we had. The snagger on the day was prompt, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had and explained everything she did and found really clearly. We were also given clear directions on how to move the snag report forward and get the best response from our home builder.The only reason we haven’t given a rating of 5 is that there were a couple of additional snags we have since identified that were missed and it would also be great to have a version of the report we can add our own comments or additional snags to so that they’re all in one place.

Recently had a snagging survey done, the snagger missed multi scratches and marks in the kitchen across 5-6 gloss panels something I paid my builders £1300 extra to have fitted, then used the excuse it was greater than 2 metres away. Whilst one mark was confirmed it must have been my movers, the other marks were in places around the boiler housing, chimney, and end panels. The also missed a big scratch in the shower tray, then proceeded to say it must have been made afterwards but wouldn’t provide high res photo evidence, just left his muddy foot prints behind, he also missed 10-12 scratches on the glass on the shower door, and with the en-suite the shower brackets weren’t fixed correctly to the wall and you can see the red wall plugs and bent shower fitting. Whilst I picked these up on my 7 day report it would have been good for him to pick these. If I did things differently I definitely should have rearranged my move date to do it with him, so that’s partly on me. But I can’t help but feel left unsatisfied.

The team were able to accommodate our snagging date despite the date not being on the website as our neighbour was also having snagging done that day. Our inspector Kirsty came round explained everything to us very clearly and spent a good few hours checking over our property. She was very thorough! Luckily there was nothing major for her to find but she did find things that we would never have thought to look at. Full detailed report received about 60 hours later. Really impressed with the service and has put our minds at ease about our new property. Thanks PSC!

Cannot fault The Professional Snagging Company. From start to finish, really professional, friendly service and accommodating when I needed to change the time-even responding the same day on the weekend which I didn’t expect. Phil and Kirsty were both amazing and nothing was too much trouble from explaining the process to answering all the questions I had. The survey was done on a Saturday morning and I received the full report first thing on the Monday! Brilliant service.Highly recommend!!
