I bought a Riese & Muller Multicharger Mixte GT Vario 750 this summer from Steve and couldn't be happier with it. Steve is a fountain of knowledge and took his time helping me choose the bike suitable for me and my grandchildren. This bike fits both the babies on and I feel so safe and secure with them on the back and they love it. I couldn't recommend Steve enough :)

Absolutely outstanding! I'm so glad I found the Bike Kitchin and so glad I've met Steve. He's looked after my Ribble CGR ALe beautifully and goes over and above with his level of customer service and care. I can't thank Steve enough for the way he's literally dropped tools on several occasions and helped sort out little niggles on my bike ... always with good humour and patience, It's a definite 5 stars from me!

Just purchased a Moustache J All and a Moustache xRoad FS 6 from Steve. Best way to buy an e-bike. Steve will talk you through all the options and discuss usage. Then you get to try as many as you want and even go out with him on a longer test ride. Excellent service and already recommending him to friends.Thanks Steve

Steve’s a real professional,I’ve had a couple of occasions to give him proper ‘head scratchers’ on my electric bike.1. Gearbox opened and repaired with a difficult to source Bosch part.2. Rear hub with variable gear was slipping, fixed with ratchet hub replacement.I’ve been knocked out with how well he understands these complex problems and fixes them…along with other issues that need attention too!He’s great on communication, friendly to deal with and the cost was less than I expected and without any surprises.I’m glad that I can give the highest possible recommendation & pleased that Steve has now joined the ‘Fully Charged’ group…that’s a powerful combo that is headed for great and well deserved success.Thanks Steve, what a pleasure to deal with you.
