We had been experiencing years of very poor/intermittent/slow internet until Steven of Computer Solutions Wales got on the case and brought us unimaginably fast internet speeds via a fibreoptic cable. They managed to beam the signal to all of the buildings on the University's Campus.The after sales support they offer is second to none, I can't recommend highly enough, Thank you.

very nice people. i had a brand new pc, not from them crashing every time i tryed to play a game, they spent 2 days on it . Entill they found the problem all so spotted that the other company had set my ram to work at only 1 stick at a time

Charged £90 for them to look at it for 10 minutes to be told for them to repair burnt out cpu it would cost £490. I knew someone who could fit it. Turns out cpu was fine. It was a £25 RAM stick. Feel I was being ripped off. Will not use again and would not recommend. Definitely right company as I have the call logs and same phone number. My 12 year old has spent £160 of his savings to repair a pc that only needed a RAM stick.

Phoned them up because I had a jammed printer. Was told they would visit my house in about an hour and trueTo their word they came. Very pleasant owner who very quickly solved the problem. Charged me less as he managed to fix my printer quicker than anticipated even though he made a 30 mile round trip to my place. Would certainly use again.

fantastic company. Called them out on Friday and they were with me within 30 minutes as my laptop would not work. Checked it and the hard-drive had packed in. Kept me up to date and managed to sell me a dell laptop and manage to get all my data. would recommend this company

Called a guy called Steven to ask if he could repair my laptop, he said he would look at it. I took it into the shop and he said he would do it straight away, great service, plus he gave good advice. He did talk a lot even more than myself., but his stories were good to listen to. He also upgraded my old laptop, great service friendly crew. Well worth a visit.
