Technobiz Barking

Very rude and when they have to give you a refund they put allegations that you like taking refunds. They are quick to take your money but not to give refunds. I bought a headphones from them for £8, returned them with a receipt within 2 days, because they were faulty. They took my original receipt and did not issue me with any receipt for a refund to be processed, which seemed dodgy. I was originally told refund takes 2-3 days after, it takes more days then a month because I paid by credit card, every second day I've been attending their shop to chase for my refund and today got accused of having a habit of taking refunds. Who gives them the right to say such things. I walked away furiously without a refund but with dignity and will be reporting them to the ombudsman.

Had an issue with my Samsung A71 screen called other places before calling Technobiz Barking they were the cheapest for a original screen fast service had my phone repaired within 2 hours highly recommended excellent service you can park in the Asda car park its a 2min walk and 1 hour free parking.

I recently moved within the area and needed to find a repair shop, to fix my phone, as my battery/ charger was faulty. I came across Technobiz Barking and I can wholeheartedly say that they are the best repair shop that I have ever been to. From the moment I walked in Mohammed and his colleague were very friendly, helped assist me on what they can do to repair my phone. They reassured me that they will be able to fix my phone and that they know what they are doing. I trusted them and they completed the job in the short space of time which amazed me. They went above and beyond to help me, and I can assure you, that if you go to them, you will not be disappointed. They have a gained a loyal customer, as I will be going back to them, if I need anything else because they are impeccable. Thank you so much again!!!

The microphone on my phone was faulty so no one could hear me. Unknown to me it was because of some dust. When I took it to the shop the man noticed this and cleaned it out. He did not charge. Many other shops would have pretended like it was a major fault and charged high prices to fix it. They were so honest. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

Great repair quite quick given part needed from China so would use again. And reasonable price.
