I've only just discovered The Salon but my experiences have been entirely positive. Run by an impressive team, using some of the best and most advanced products on the market, The Salon is one of those 'best kept secret' places that you'd like to keep to yourself so you can get an appointment when you need one - but it's so good, you've got to share.Susannah

Shana was amazing, she was really patient with me while we discussed what I wanted done and advised on a beautiful colour transition which I absolutely love! I would have given 5 stars however upon discussing the price with Shana it did not match the quote that was provided to me on the phone in which the salon asssitant manager took it upon herself to abruptly come over and be very direct and quite frankly very rude to me, which wasn't really necessary and made me feel very uncomfortable Infront of other customers. She indirectly called me a liar by insisting that her staff do not provide quotes over the phone even though they had. I understand quotes change depending on style however that does not remove the fact that a price was provided to me over the phone whether or not it should have is not the customers problem and should have been dealt with internally not by arguing with customers. Not great customer service and if it wasn't for Shana I would not have stayed.

Chloe was amazing very chatty and bubbly. Gave me a superb and thorough haircut exactly what I asked for and the best feeling head massage I just had to book my next appointment there and then. First time ever visited. Was even offered coffee on arrival.

Very friendly staff, very professional and accomodating. They have been very good and patient (also quick) with my 3.5y daughter. We have been in the salon twice, with Sam and Hannah, and definitely will be back soon.Thank you!

I'm new to the area...found my hair salon! Can highly recommend. Shana did a thorough job with my cut and blow dry, didn't rush, and paid attention to what I wanted. Thank you for the great service...see you in 2 weeks for my next treatment!

I had a cut with Maddie a few weeks ago and was extremely happy.She really took the time to talk about what I wanted and gave suggestions as well.I had such confidence in her that I've now had it coloured by her and am very pleased with the result. She went through the options and explained how the colours would look on my hair and I really can't praise her enough.Lovely little salon with friendly staff.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly service. Hidden away and worth the visit/s. Maddie did an excellent job covering my greys and giving my dried highlights much needed TLC!

Great salon, I love the atmosphere, all the staff are lovely and attentive and my stylist Hannah was amazing and very patient with my indecisiveness. I would highly recommend.

Wow what an absolutely amazing service provided. I call half an hour before I was able to get a slot in for a blow dry. I came out feeling like a brand new woman. Such lovely woman and took so much care, highly appreciate what they did for me. I highly recommend them to anyone!
