AMAZING staff and amazing communication! They were all very nice, especially the person at the till taking the order, even gave me free food.Mumbai’s Kitchen is definitely my new favourite food place, can’t wait to order more from here when I officially move into my flat that is near this restaurant!

I used to love love Saffron - and thought Mumbai was ok until friday...... the starters were tiny (5 pieces of panner tikka/aubergine for £4.95 - that's 99p a cube/slice!!!) and the veggie mains were smaller than they used to be (although very nice). In their defense, they did give me more when i complained but this would really put me off buying from them again. Why give such small portions?? £20 and we were both still hungry!! Cannot recommend them this time I am afraid.

Food arrived quickly but swimming in water. I had to use kitchen roll to soak it up. I called the takeaway and I was called a liar and laughed at down the phone. I demanded a mobile number so I could send them a video and photos, which i did. The photos were after I had tried to scoop water out with a spoon. The curry was very disappointing and the way I was treated as a customer was disgusting. This place used to be amazing, I can only assume they have been taken over. I will not be ordering from there again.To be literally laughed at down the phone is appalling.

First time ordered online, never visited the place before. Prices were high, so expected something decent. £3 for Roti, was expecting a nice thin crispy roti out of a tandoor, this was made on a hot plate. Plain yoghurt poured over cucumber, this isn't Raita. Some parts of the mixed grill were OK, but forgettable. And not even any free poppadoms thrown in when spending close to £20 for that lot.

Generally very good curries, but was frankly dissapointed with the butter chicken. Tasted like a big vat of butter and coconut. Butter chicken aside good stuff

Tasty CT dhansak with great consistency, thick with delicious lentils; sweet and spicy as it should be. Tikka chicken not very chunky only 7 small pieces. However, meat was juicy and soft.The mixed starter was a little small and the lamb meat wasn’t the best taste.Pineapple rice was delicious and absolutely perfect with the dhansak.Garlic naan was poor. Hard and thin. Not fluffy and soft as it should have been.Good delivery service. Prompt delivery on time.20% off with just eat Tuesday.With discount this made it a cheap meal at £17.I would order again if in the area.

On holiday had a takeaway delivered it was excellent portion size. prompt delivery food , value for money as we travel a lot we have had indian meals in many places this was one of the best. Thumbs up for Mumbai kitchen

This is a real hidden gem - I'm a bit of a curry aficionado & this is one of the best I've tried in Norwich.It's also one of the most unassuming to look at some of the photos, so I wasn't necessarily expecting to be impressed when I ordered. The Madras I had was bursting with flavour however & it was great to also get Mediterranean style starters.Delivery was very quick on a busy night too.I'll be coming back to this slept on curry house again and again for sure.Recommended!
