I called the owner (Stefan) who was very helpful on the phone as we were in an urgent need for a deep clean of a flat which was exchanging hands. Jet Cleaning Services staff arrived the following day and did a great job including ensuring the cooker was like new. Would certainly use them again and they were very competitive price wise too. Spot on.

Is the Worst Cleaning Service I have ever seen they did nothing They ask for £10 per hour they only deserve £5 for their service . They left Stain on the kitchen’s wall as it was beforeDon’t Waste your time waste your money make your home more dirty with them

Drivers commit traffic offences on the regular - their vans purposefully block lanes of traffic to agitate other people on the road. One time I cycled past one of their vans and the driver threw a lit cigarette at me. If this is the respect they pay to people who live and work in Oxfordshire then I can't imagine how they treat their clients. Seriously sort it out boys

We asked for Windows cleaning of our conservatory. Stepan came a first time for a free quote with a very competitive price. Windows were very dirty and with foam/mould. Stepan was really nice and did an amazing job. Will recommend without any doubts.

I would recommend finding another cleaning service to work with, especially for end-of-tenancy cleanings. We hired them for weekly cleanings and end-of-tenancy before an out-of-country move. As we approached the end of our time in Oxford, the cleanings became shorter and less detail oriented - even though we paid for two hours - often bags of trash were left in the house. I didn't say anything as the woman who cleaned was just so nice and we would be moving away soon anyway. When she was ill, we would find out the morning of a scheduled cleaning that there would be no replacement and have to wait for our next cleaning. These things are understandable; however, the company bailed on our end-of-tenancy cleaning the day of -- which was very stressful to find another replacement at last minute. We tried to work with them to figure out how to get it done, but the owner, Stefan, was quite rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. It was clear that he had overbooked and was focusing on jobs that would be ongoing business. He even went so far as to tell us that our weekly cleanings for the previous year were laughable, after I expressed my surprise at his unprofessional dropping of our job after we had been good customers for so long. It was really shocking and unfortunately we would not recommend that anyone work with this company in the future. There are far better cleaning services in Oxford!
