Amy and the other staff at TunedInTravel were very helpful. Comfy journey the whole way back from ArcTanGent 2022.

Never on time, we had one bad driver who dropped us off miles from the pick up point as she was on her way to Manchester and didn’t want to turn into Macclesfield. She also checked people’s feet for mud because she didnt want to clean the coach before dropping it off. Not good after 12 hours at a festival.

Shocking service for lost property. I reported I had left my headphones on the bus just a couple of hours after the journey. Its now been 6 weeks and I still haven't got them back. They were passed on to the owner of the bus company instead of tuned in travel and he lives in another city and they expect me to go to his house to collect them? Feels so dodgy and unsafe for women.

This is the second time I've used tuned in travel to attend bluedot festival (the only comoany used & the only way to get there) & both times have been awful.This year as last year the coach taking us was 45 minutes late in leaving. You are asked to be there 1y minutes before your departure time however the coaches didn't arrive until half an hour AFTER they were supposed to leave!Only one member of staff stood there with us but they are useless, giving us no information or reasons why they are late.Once the two coaches arrived there was no organisation what so ever. The member of staff could have told us what was going on but instead we had to wait for one coach to be completely filled before anyone could step on the other coach or even put our luggage in the hold.Both coaches were supposedly executive travel coaches but they were by far the most uncomfy coaches I've even been on! Each row of seat held 5 people (more like infants) whereas normal coaches have 4. This ment there was a walkway of less than a foot wide to walk down. The seats were awful! I'm not a big man but I couldn't fit in one. They were bucket style but so skinny that your back didn't touch the back of the seat, only your sides did.There was no aircon what so ever.No guidance was given on times or were we told we were stopping to pick others up on the way. The drivers drove dangerously to stay in convoy with each other, one remembarable time the coach I was in went in a bus only lane, floored it & then cut in front of other traffic & crossed the hashing of a slip road to do so. Disgusting behaviour from a supposedly professional driver.We got to the festival 2 hours after the pick up time.Returning the coach was half an hour early! But we STILL had to wait until 15 mins after the departure time before leaving. We had been sat on the coach, packing in like sardines with once again no aircon on what was a very warm day.

Pretty poor experience. Bus drivers were rude and late. The driver went the wrong way and added 1 hour to the journey. Turned up late to the venue and missed 6 bands. Same story on the route home. I contacted customer support with no help or compensation. Will never use again.

Excellent service and hospitality from Justine at Reading for the Medicine Festival journey. Really recommend Tuned in Travel!

Great experience with these guys travelling from Manchester to Blue Dot and Audiofarm this year. Prompt service and comfy coaches. Highly recommended

Absolute chaos of a queuing system leaving Shambala, a few of the tuned in staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Once we were on the coach everything was okay but sad so say after years of coaching to and back from the festival this will probably be my last.

Couldn't fault our recent coach transfer to bluedot festival. On time, clean coach, nice staff, friendly service. Fast efficient journey.Very happy and would definitely use again.Staff even went out of way to help us shelter from rain and keep us informed of departures from our sheltered place via walkie talkie to make sure we stayed dry but didn't miss the coach! Really appreciated!

No problems with the coach trips at all. The best trips are ones you don't have much to say about, I think.No one likes an essay so I'll keep the rest of the story short. I left my bumbag on the coach on my way in to ArcTanGent. Mike of tuned in travel, the hero of the weekend, kept in contact with me and managed to track it down and get it back to me before I left. So a real positive experience!Again - huge shout out to Mike!
