Late last night, I was stuck at the NEC after my car wouldn't start due to a fault with my keys. I called Charlie at C&T. He resolved the issue so quickly. He arrived to my location within half an hour and was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. It made a highly stressful situation much easier. I'd absolutely recommend C&T for emergency locksmith cover.

An excellent experience all round. It wasn't an emergency but I was able to arrange an appointment for the next working day when I called on Friday about a jammed front door lock. Mark arrived on the dot, diagnosed the problem straightway, fitted a new lock and made sure that I knew how it worked before he left. He and the gentleman who took my initial call were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I needed a replacement padlock key as mine was damaged.Quoted me £12.50 and did it straight away. Also took card payment, which was good.

Charlie did a brilliant job. Losing the only key I had meant that he had to get in to my vehicle before he could even start to replace it. It took a lot longer than he expected but he remained patient and polite at every point. I can’t thank him enough for getting me back on the road.

So helpful, friendly and quick (came out same day.) Spoke to Charlie in the office who was so kind and patiently answered my questions despite me calling 3 times. Mark who came out to rekey my lock was really friendly and made me smile. Thanks to all who helped me after I lost my keys. So helpful and kind. Reasonable prices and peace of mind.

Went to get a spare key for my car as it only came with one when I bought it, and I cannot fault the service. Mark was excellent, arranged a time over the phone and went down later in the week, all done within an hour. Can’t recommend them enough!
