We get our dry cleaning done at the Laundry Bag every week and it is always finished on time, at a reasonable price, and to a high standard. The owners recognise me and even if I have forgotten my ticket, they will get my clothes for me without any hassle. It's great to have a local business which is run so professionally and effectively.

I’ve been going to this place for years and they are brilliant. I usually get my dry cleaning and alterations done here and they do an amazing job.Ummi is super friendly and Singh is a very talented tailor. Fair prices and quick turnaround. Super professional. Highly recommend this place!

Went to this dry cleaner to get some patches stitched on, quoted £40 for large patches, which I didn’t mind paying (little did I know if I went Asda I’d just have to pay £10 and it looks better) he said he would stitch all of my large patches for £40, not only did he NOT stitch all my patches but because I was at work I had to get my parents to collect, he then said £45 for the work… I got a call to which I said he said £40, so he said “because you have cash I’ll do it for £40” like he’s giving us a deal, absolute con, better going to the Asda dry cleaners in Beckton.

The worst alterations experience EVER. Had a few items to repair and alter to size, dry cleaning too. Resorted to taking clothes to a different place to get them fixed after.

The current man there seems a bit uncouth and uninterested, just motivated by money. Not very good customer service. I feel that I was overcharged as well. I will be using a different dry cleaner in future. The lady that used to be there had better customer service skills.
