Waterside Farm Campsite

Great little campsite with plenty of space, it's in a really decent location for Jacobs Ladder and the pennine way.Facilities are kept clean, dish soap is available (which was a relief as I had forgotten mine)The only downside if that the nearest shop seems to be quite a walk away! But that's what camping is for!Parking right next to the pitch was great too as I didn't have to store everything in the tent!

Very rudely turned down before we could even say a word. Full" when half the field was empty. When we were leaving the owner came back and said that there was a spot we could take. We left

Well situated camp site they take tents and camper vans £10pp pn nice toilet block two toilets one shower male & female. Washing up location and water tap. Mark the owner us a lovely guy and loves his land rovers. Lots animals sheep goats. Great views, we just turned up and took a chance mark was very accommodating. Only down side is trains running all the time not that loud but great selection. Lol if you like trains

Loved our stay on this campsite. Hosts were really friendly. Quick responses to my emails regarding bookings. Site was clean and tidy and in a perfect location. Toilets were absolutely spotless with instant hot water with shower facility. Even the washing are for pots etc was spotless. All together a really nice stay and I will be returning.

Me and my partner were greeted by a lovely lady called Helen. She was very friendly and very hospitable, she kindly gave us fresh eggs and milk for our caravan stay. The caravan had a very warm homely feel to it and we felt very relaxed staying in it over the course of our holiday stay. Much to my partners delight everything we needed was provided for inside the caravan. It was so refreshing to go away and only have to think about our clothes to bring. The campsite toilets and shower were cleaned thoroughly throughout the day. Waterside is a great location within walking distance to mam tour, Jacobs ladder and kinderscout. Up the road from the campsite there is also a train within walking distance, a shop, café and two pubs. We will be back, thank you once again Helen and Co for having us!

Decent campsite with a great location for walks in Edale and on Kinder Scout. Very busy when we visited as there was a large DofE group staying. This made for a very long queue for the toilets, showers and wash-up.Right next to main railway line, which operates throughout the night and makes for quite a disturbed sleep.

Great little campsite for a stop-over whilst touring the peak district. It has clean toilets, a shower, and a great location for walks on Edale, Mam Tor, and Kinder Scout.I would certainly use this site again in the future.

Excellent basic campsite 10 minutes walk from Edale. Good clean facilities and friendly welcome, plenty of space. Very reasonably priced. Small downside, on leaving campsite, turning out onto road isn't easy. Woukd definitely visit again.

This is a basic campsite without electrical hook up but has good facilities with hot water and loo roll provided. Very good location for walking in the dales and within walking distance of two pubs that do food.

A lovely campsite on a working farm. Run by extremely friendly generational farmers. Clean facilities. Amazing views. Fantastic walks on your doorstep. We keep coming back
