We had 3 companies in to give us a quote and like other reviews we had read, we were immediately impressed with Mark, his knowledge and the ideas he came up with as well as his knowledge on local building regs meant he was able to give us the conversion we wanted.He answered all our many questions and we visited one of his recently finished conversions to satisfy our concerns. ( We have previously had bad experiences with builders) The homeowners couldn't praise Mark and his team highly enough.From day one they were a great team to have around the house, extremely hard working, polite and friendly. They always had time to show us what they had done and answer any queries we may have had or suggest a better alternative. They tidied up every evening and rubbish collected from the outside of the house collected weekly.We are so pleased with our bedroom and ensuite, the quality of the work is excellent delivered on time and on budget.By the end of the build we almost sorry to say goodbye to Mark, Bob, Mitch, Tony, Scotty and the rest of the team.We can't recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish they were thorough and tidy, the way that they install the waterproof dormer roof extension in a single day is amazing. Absolutely love my new loft and en-suite! I cannot praise Copnor Lofts high enough as the whole experience was easy. Everything was explained, they were easy to get hold of, each team are friendly and work hard. Mark has got the whole process down to a fine art. We have recently added a fourth bedroom and ensuite bathroom to our home. Our project involved a Dorma roof extension and a rebuild of our gable wall for added space. After speaking to and getting estimates from a few companies as well as listening to a personal recommendation from a friend we chose Copnor Loft Conversions. We found Mark Stanley to be very down to earth and helpful when discussing our plans with excellent advice available through years of delivering similar projects. We found his estimate to be very competitive as well.We knew there would be a long wait from giving the go ahead to work commencing, about 14 months but this was reassuring as indicated a good reputation with booked projects well into the future.There will always be disruption to the house when you are fundamentally ripping the roof and loft space apart however it was nowhere near as bad as we feared. Great preparation in the days beforehand with covering carpets and flooring and the prevention methods prevented the level of mess and dust through the house that we anticipated.The team were efficient, polite and courteous and operated a bit like a well oiled machine with individuals cracking on with scheduled tasks. We had very good communication with the various professionals on the roof work, brickwork as well as carpentry, plumbing, plastering and electrics.  Scott, Oz, Tonny, Bob, Kurt to name but a few.The project ran over a bit but this was due to the unseasonal amount of rainfall through July and August which is understandable when playing about with roofs.We chose to add some extras to the quote with built in wardrobes which Oz completed for us to a high standard along with his great work on replacing and adding fire doors throughout.Now that Dave has completed the redecoration and the carpets have been fitted it feels like the extensions was built as part of the original house. A very professional finish, thank you. We have no hesitation in recommending Copnor Loft Conversions.

Mark and all the guys from Copnor lofts did our loft and were amazing. The workmanship is fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased.
