I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR EVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN. I Needed a crack screen replaced on my phone. The assistant didn't explain that he would have to literally have to break the screen off the phone first. In doing a poor job of this it meant that I could see the backlight of the phone and the gubbins. I returned to the shop and the assistant then did a potch job of filling in the gap. Leaving a very rough edge along the top of the phone. He did put a hard screen on the phone but one not suitable for the model of the phone. 8 weeks later the replaced screen has cracked from where the repair and glued infill was done. I have returned to the shop but have not had any satisfaction to the poor job carried out.

Was a bit unsure of whether to use this store after seeing the high volume of one star reviews.Pleased to say that they replaced the screen of my S20 at a fair price and very quickly.No complaints at all with the service!

I was suprised to read the negative posts. I found the service really good. Handed my phone in on a Monday had it back on a Wednesday fully operational. New screen was required as my dog decided to chew the corner cracking the screen and damaging the port for the sim. But all repaired and working.Thank you so much.

Took my phone in for a screen repair. Was charged £250.00, collected the phone and they had put a protective cover on the new screen which I thought was a nice touch. Trying the phone I found that the the screen protector had made the phone screen unresponsive. I took the phone back in and asked them to remove the cover. On doing this the new screen" was scratched not in one place but all over. I had paid for a second hand screen and been charged for a new screen and they had tried to cover it up by putting a screen protector on my phone hoping I would not notice. I will never use this shop again

Absolutely brilliant! They fixed my phone in just a matter of days! And even though they had to send away for a part for the phone it was still excellent value for money! Thankyou Phone Buddy!!

Left tablet in for port repair, which was quoted at £35 , got a call to say it needed an internal repair total cost £120. Had this done collected on the Wednesday , tablet fell from a very LOW HEIGHT screen all cracked on checking it was clearly not the proper glass screen . TOTAL RIPOff - Save you money.

Had my sons iphone 7 screen replaced, noticed that it wasn’t fitted properly, took it back but was asked to take it to the other shop in port Talbot to fix it, got told that there is nothing wrong with screen and it was because the waterproof glue had been removed to fit new screen so it wouldn’t sit perfect. We also had a glass screen protector. Within a week protector and screen cracked. I had a screen protector for my phone at the same time which has also cracked in my pocket.Cheap replacements!! Avoid if possible!!!

I WOULDN'T GIVE IT EVEN ONE STAR WHAT A BACKWARDS SHOP WOULD AVOID AT COST AND SPEND EXTRA WITH SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE ARE DOING. I AM SHORE THAT THE 5 STAR IS FAKE RATING. MUST HAVE ASKED SOMEONE TO KEEP THE BUSINESS LOOKING GOOD.....AVOID ALL COST.

Shockingly customer service, had my screen fixed on my phone, within 2 day’s the ‘new’ screen which was very poor quality, was cracked and coming away from phone casing, returned to store with the receipt only to be told that they wouldn’t help, ‘I could pay’ for them to fix it again!!!!!!, SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!!!!!!
