Cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from everyone at Wellgate Window Design. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free, professional service.

Had two windows and double patio doors done with fitted blinds, no problem from ordering to installation, Very pleased with the Blinds and the speed of the installation, Thanks.

I wouldnt know about there blinds because no one turned up today for the measurements needed. Had a four hour time slot and vhose today as it was my day off. Spent all afternoon wIti g on no one. Not amused at all

Spent OVER £5000 with wellgate window design. Electric motors never worked properly on all 7 perfect fit electric blinds from the day it was fitted. Fitters weren't sure how to program them to start with so had to learn how to on you tube whilst fitting them in my house.In total 9 TIMES they came out, which i had to take off work each time for them to come and fix them.10th time the blind fell of the wall. They put only a screw into the plasterboard (picture attached). Refused to come out after 5pm as I couldn't take anymore time off work. Had to rehang all upstairs myself as they were all done with just a screw in them.Really disappointed, the fitter Ronnie was the only one that tried to get things sorted. Office didn't care, never emailed back, or called back, had to chase them all the time to get anything done.Once they got there money they didn't care.

I would like to thank everyone at WWD for all their hard work regarding some blinds I needed for my home. Having ordered them separately I was disappointed to learn that the manufacturers had discontinued the design. A few weeks later I was pleased to get a call from the company saying they had managed to find the material and would be making up my last blind. My search for this material could so easily have been forgotten and I was pleased that the staff kept it in mind and made me a very happy customer. Thank you all.

Whatever you do, do not use this company! Incompetent doesn't even start to describe the service, or lack thereof! If you do feel the need to use them then a word of advice, DO NOT SIGN THE PINK FORM UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED THEY HAVE BEEN MADE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND HAVE BEEN FITTED PROPERLY! Otherwise you don't have a leg to stand on and the owner, Ronnie the bully, will be more than happy to tell you so. Don't say you haven't been warned!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!we purchased blinds in October 2022 after previously using this company in 2013, the service then was excellent and any issues were rectified days later. Fast forward to 2022 and, presumably, a change in management, it has taken them 5 1/2 months to finally fix the fittings on our blinds, this only comes after multiple visits from their ‘fitters’ who, apparently, are unable to grasp the basic concept of a tape measure. I have had to spend far too much time on the phone, waiting in for appointments over this 5 1/2month period for something that would appear to be a simple fix. Unable to speak to any management due to them being (bizarrely?!) advised against speaking to customers. I did have a phone call from Ronnie who proceeded to give me a mouthful of abuse down the phone after I criticised his work. Finally completed after 5 1/2 months and no refund of any kind and a half hearted apology. Complete lack of ownership and a continuous shift of blame, mostly onto suppliers etc. The only reason I’ve given 1 star is so it registers the response otherwise I’d have given no stars. There are far better fitters out there so please use someone else and avoid the same experience we have had. You may get lucky and avoid this situation like some appear to have, but is it really worth the risk? If you do use them DO NOT pay until you are happy!

Great Staff ,helpful and friendly .Man who came out to measure up was very efficient and estimate was very reasonable for blinds .x

Measured up for wooden slats with tapes on all windows and were advised that looking at 4-5 weeks due to Covid19 linked backlog. Not a problem, however they were fitted yesterday, 3 weeks from ordering.Outstanding fit, finish and service.
