Terrible customer service. Rude staff. No telephone manners. I was given a collection date and was told I'll get a call a day before. I had to call to confirm collection date myself a day before, and was told it had changed to a day after and someone would arrive between 6-8pm to collect my parcel. It is now 9pm and still no show or not even a courtesy call.Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.Wouldn't give 1 star.
