Very bad experience - messed our orders up still demanded more money for mistakes he made. Very rude would NOT recommend. Had to pay extra money for an order he messed up again! Very unprofessional!Also whilst we was picking out our designs he would tell potential customers different prices for the same suit, which is disgusting! No decency nor honesty in this place, extremely poor customer service.

The customer service here is really bad. The staff are disrespectful and think its okay to shout at their customers. It was really hard for me to get an exchange let alone a refund for an outfit which I found rips in when I took it home. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SPENDING A PENNY HERE!*****This is the response to I have received to my review is a total joke. ******I don't expect anyone to give me a £400 dress for £129 despite it being in a sale. I also had to pay £20 for alterations which you suggested that had to be done as the outfit didn't fit me and you didnt have a bigger size in stock. However, when I took the dress home I found rips in it so like any other person I took it back to the store for an exchange. The dress I exchanged it for was £139 and I paid the difference as well. However your approach to the situation and the way you spoke was appalling and disrespectful. I expected better!

Bought my daughters wedding outfit from here and everyone loved it .It was absolutely stunning and staff are also extremely kind and helpful had it altered to her size for a perfect fit. Thankyou !

Went all over Bradford to look for a bridal dress, I would say don’t waste your time shopping elsewhere this is the place, excellent choice of a bridal dresses and brilliant prices, but most of all the customer service we received was 10/10 made us feel very welcome and made sure we was happy with our purchase, I would definitely recommend to family and friends

They allowed me to fully customize the outfits I liked, and provided me with expert advice and outstanding service. The staff were friendly and punctual, and went to great lengths to ensure we got all our outfits within our budget and made sure the outfits were one of a kind. I will definitely be a long standing customer and plan on coming back for any and all of my Asian outfits as they played a big role in making my wedding dreams come true.

I can't recommend House of Fashion enough!! After being unsuccessful in many shops trying to find a wedding dress withing my budget, I went into House of Fashion to look for a Mehndi outfit. I found one I loved on display and placed an order with a few changes. I got talking to Gurwinder how I was really struggling to find a wedding dress I loved and within my budget. He asked if I had anything in mind so I showed him a dress I found but was double my budget! He said he could make me the dress and within my budget. So I put my trust in him and placed the order for a custom made wedding dress and I couldn't be happier!!! The dress arrived a month earlier than the original date I was given. I absolutely love both my outfits. The wedding dress is perfect!! The work, the colour, the quality, everything about it is perfect! A huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that I love both my outfits once recieving them all the way from India. A huge thank you to Gurwinder at House of Fashion his customer service was great! 100% recommend this store, you will not be disappointed.
