HD Cars Second Hand Liverpool

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Bought a car in August, faulty after 3 days, refused to return for a refund. Also marks on car not removed as promised when selling us the car.Faulty car still sat on my drive, after 3 months and Eddie is ignoring all my calls and messages. Should have known not to deal with this man as he has no garage to deal from, only a plot of land.Disgusting company. Avoid!!!!Didn't want to give 1 star but can't review unless I put one star on...doesn't deserve any stars!!

Decent people to deal with, car was a Ford Ka which was well presented and well priced. Eddie was a gentleman, we found him helpful, honest, supportive. We were travelling from Ireland and were pleased to get an honest appraisal of the car before travelling, and Eddie also helped by getting a quick service, and he came and met us etc. During the service the clutch was a bit “iffy” and he replaced it - no quibble. Car has done very little mileage since we got it, but we are very pleased so far. Thanks HD Cars.
