Fantastic service.I bought the most perfect car around a month ago. As it was my first car, I was very apprehensive but right car motor group made sure they did everything they could to get everything perfect and on time for me leaving for uni.Thank you so much.Couldn't recommend enough.

Brilliant service from the Team at Right Car Motor Group, purchased a Nissan Micra. Easy, stress free purchase. Didn't view the car in person but they were really great showing videos and pictures and it was exactly what I was expecting. It was delivered to my door quickly and efficiently and the driver adhered to all Covid guidelines. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

I bought my car at the end of April 2021. The staff were very polite and I did not feel under pressure. When I paid the deposit I was mithered to pay the remainder and collect the car ASAP but I was at work I couldn’t for a few days. 3 days after I collected the car, problems started. The keyless stopped working, there were issues with the immobiliser, the steering lock, air conditioning, boot mechanism, front bumper and reverse camera. The dealer initially asked me to get quotes on repairs for half of the items (some were not known at this time), however despite agreeing to the cost and since having the repairs carried out, the dealer is refusing to reimburse. I am now left with either accepting hundreds of pounds to remedy the issues or rejecting the car. This terrible situation is far from ideal.

Me and my partner recently bought a white Hyundai i20 from this company, very nice salesman who was honest about everything made us feel very welcome especially after travelling a 2 hour car journey just to view the car. Would highly recommend this company for anyone to buy a car!

I visited Right Car Auto Group after having had an awful experience with another car dealer who had sold me a vehicle which turned out to not be fit for purpose.I rang in the morning and arranged to go view the vehicle that afternoon. I was met by Asad who was so helpful and sympathetic to the situation I'd had with my previous new" car. He left me to look round the vehicle myself with absolutely no pressure or OTT sales patter.After going for a test drive

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Travelled an hour to see the car, exactly as described, competitive price and quality stock.The test of any after sales care is when an issue arises, a small issue developed on our vehicle, they were quick to sort this out and at our convenience using a garage local to us.I would buy another car from them tomorrow, no hard sales push and time to view and test at your leisure.A big thanks to all at Right Car

I bought my GTC 1 week ago and I could not be happier! These guys was so friendly and helpful and I didn't feel any pressure at all. They even gave me a call to ensure I got back to my home town after travelling to pick up the car, you wouldn't get this service from most car dealers. The car was cleaned inside and out prior to me purchasing it. I'm sorry I didn't get the 2 guys names that served me but I can't thank them enough. Excellent service and I highly recommend.
