Had such a good experience here. The customer service was amazing. My bangles didn’t arrive in time which was a risk I was willing to take, even then as a good will gesture, they allowed me to take some for my main event. Amir went above and beyond to help us, thank you so much! We definitely would recommend everyone to shop with these guys.

The quality and design choices are outstanding, a huge selection to choose from.As expected the set that we chose, was weighed and the best price was given, obviously taking into the price of gold at the time of purchase. Our set was also modified according to our specifications.A full verification of the Hallmark was also shown. Any rumours about Asian Gold Shops selling inferior gold quality was quashed by a magnetic check. A practical demonstration, along with a full explanation was given showing a metal spring that may be used in certain adjustable bangles.Amir, who I believe is related to the proprietor, was extremely courteous and helpful, provided reassurance that their gold has no impurities whatsoever. He even when on to say, any dishonesty may be short term gain but long term loss if they or any jewellers take this course of business.I can without doubt highly recommend Gold City Jewellers.You can purchase with confidence, as we did.

We travelled from Newcastle upon Tyne and came to Birmingham looking for some Gold Jewellery for my brothers wedding. We went to a few other Gold shops and didn’t like anything they had in. We saved Gold City to the end of our day because we have bought jewellery from here before, and knew we would end up spending the longest in this shop. My mum bought some Gold bangles for my sister in law. And Me and my sister bought a full gold set, including necklace, bracelet, ring, and earrings. The prices were really good and reasonable, and brother Amir was fair. He was very polite and friendly and we left as a family feeling very satisfied and happy.
