Had the best shopping experience in Space NK Bournemouth today, I'd like to say a huge thank you to the lovely sales assistant with the purple hair and her colleague (long brunette hair) sorry I didn't catch names- they were so helpful going above and beyond and had plenty of knowledge on the products I was purchasing. Very happy customer and grateful for the fabulous service today! This is why I'll always be a returning customer to Space NK. Thank you :)

Went into store for a return (I ordered the wrong shade) and was served by Katherine who was so incredibly helpful! I wanted to get something specific for my sister’s wedding and all the staff were so helpful in finding the right product and even ordered it for me in store and it arrived not even 24 hours later! Best service I have had in a store in a long time and I will definitely be going back to order my products as it is so lovely to see products in person and get such good help and advice! Massive thank you to Katherine for all her help!

The staff simply did not attend to myself and the person I was with! The lady unwillingly came to my assistance after I asked practically twice and even then there was no care to attention. Staff were practically running to other customers.. it felt as if we were not the right “kind” of customer!

Staff are a bit rude and a little up themselves. I think they need training on how to react to customers when they first walk intothe store. Popped in twice and each time the staff member made me feel awkward as anything, she didn't walk over and ask if I needed assistance, she just stared at me for ages. I couldn't get out quickly enough. I ended up going to John Lewis on both occasions. Maybe it's just the Bournemouth store.

Visited today and was unfortunate enough to be met by the rudest and most dismissive staff member I have ever met.In times where people are being careful with their hard earned money, they won’t last long with this attitude to customers.

Whenever I come to Space NK in Bournemouth I always feel very welcomed by the girls who are very pleasant and helpful when I need to buy a product e.g. when I buy a Malin + Goetz product the girls will help to make a decision on what product I want and it’s also nice to keep going back and building a relationship with the staff overall I love my experience when I visit the store fabulous staff and wonderful products as well.

Just an incredibly unfriendly atmosphere. I clearly overstayed my welcome as a member of staff started shuffling products around aimlessly next to me - if you think customers are going to shoplift, be a bit more subtle in watching them. I do like buying from SpaceNK, it's just a shame that the staff in their physical stores aren't trained well at all.
