Hired a van from crusader. They catered for all my needs and supplied me a vehicle to suit the job in hand. Friendly staff and very good rates. Definitely be hiring of these again

This place is a joke. Booked a van to use for the local dump explaining this two weeks prior. Arrived and they didn't have the van available because they'd hired the models out and upgraded" me to a larger one. One that is not permitted use to the dump. Massive waste of time. This isn't the first time they have let me down either but I returned to give them another chance. The "customer service" is appalling

I would be very aware of this place. We got totally ripped off hiring a car. apparently there was a minor scratch on return. Im not even convinced it was there and we got charged 170 pounds to have it fixed. I did not trust these people in the first place. A disappointed customer from NZ.

Called to enquire about a car rental for a week. Was told they have a car and old faithful of theirs" a Skoda which they could rent it for me for £200. The person also said to call back on Monday as the boss will be there and maybe they have other cars. I asked to book that car as i needed one car and i did not want to lose it and have no car. I also asked what is needed from me to rent it and was told that they need my license and a different proof of address. I called back on Monday asked for different car and was told that there is a Renault available and that will be £280 for the week. I went ahead and booked that one as I wanted to have a reliable car for the long trip I had planned. I asked this time the owner what is needed and he said just the license. On Thuesday evening at closing time I went to collect the car and was asked for my license. I gave it to the gentleman behind the desk and after typing something on his computer asked me if I have a different license and said he can't rent the car to me because my license is less than 2 years old. After paying £12 for a taxi to reach their place

I recommend this hire company been and hired from them this week and very friendly service and the van was clean and lovely to drive. Will be using these guys again.... thanks again
