What a relief to find out there are stores still around with staff that has good working knowledge about the products they have unlike my experience in other retail stores like Scr***x, b&* etc . Thank you for your confident suggestions yesterday( sorry ,I don't have the gentleman's name)

Worst service ever, staff are good but ALWAYS under pressure and under staffed, the phone rings and rings and rings. As a trades man this is not good for business. many of times the wrong parts have been ordered or not even showed up, making me look bad in front of clients. Much better service from independent companies. Not even worth a star
