Absolutely excellent experience. I am so used to mediocre experiences renting cars that this was a breath of fresh air. Everything was clear and easy, with no high pressure upsell. Service was very friendly, and the car was perfect. Easy to recommend.

Veay nice experiences! Boss is Chinese who is very nice. He give me GLA 180 for a student price which was very cheaper than other company. Inside the car is clean and tidy. Moreover, he told me traffic rules in case I miss any thing I don’t know. Will go there again!!

This is a scam company, attracting customers with low rates and then overcharging them with fake damages for which they ask outrageous amounts. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Purely a scam. This company hooks with you with low rental fees but then compensates them by charging outrageous repair sums for damages you can only see with the Hubble.

Charged £500 for scratches I did not do.So, I rented a car for a few days from Green motion. When I took the vehicle out, I was served by the current manager there. He was helpful and his customer service was really good. However, his incompetence cost me £500! When inspecting the vehicle, there was a number of scratches on it. I pointed this out to him and his response was ‘not to worry, even if you bring it back with a couple of scratches I don’t mind, just as long as it isn’t anything to major.’I told him that I was a super meticulous driver and the vehicle would not be left unattended.When returning vehicle, I was served by another member of staff. They pointed out the scratches and said that they weren’t there when I took the vehicle out. I insisted that they were. The member of staff then presented me with the sheet that contains the vehicle diagram, showing me that no marks whatsoever had been made on the diagram. I explained to him what the manager had said and also that due to my poor eye sight I wouldn’t have noticed the diagram even if it had been marked. The staff member reassured that he would look into it. Nonetheless, £500 was deducted from my account without any form of communication as promised. I demanded to speak with the branch owner of the company and this took a couple of weeks. When I finally got to speak to him, I was informed that the manager who had initially hired the vehicle to mehad left the company but he would still try and contact him. After a week or so, the owner got a response from the previous manager who unfortunately didn’t own up to what he had said.And so the owner refused to offer me a refund.I am deeply upset by how I’ve been treated and this experience has left me with such a negative view point towards Green Motion. I wish I would’ve done my prior to choosing this company as it seems they have a reputation for acting this way.Please do not use them.
