I had an extremely lovely shopping experience in Rituals this morning. Greeted by Hilary who offered me some lavender tea which was very pleasant. Hilary the Shop Assistant was so helpful, extremely passionate about her products in the shop. She definitely knew the range. It was so invigorating to find an assistant who really wanted to help me. This really made my day. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much. Certainly an asset to Rituals.

Few days ago , I went to the store looking for a new hair oil to buy and thanks to Melissa she was very helpful, friendly and understanding while explaining the benefits of each product to me. I would definitely recommend rituals to anyone. Thank you to melissa for this experience.

I was new to Rituals products Hilary helped me find the right products my favourite collection is Karma. The advice & help I received from Hilary was great she understood about my skin problems & she gave my some samples to try because of this my favourite ranges are both Karma & Ritual of Jing. Thanks again Hilary .

I’ve visited Rituals in Union Square Aberdeen twice recently and was served by Hilary who was so helpful and friendly. She gave me lots of great advise on different products for gifts especially for my daughter. She explained in depth the benefits of using the products and the ingredients they contained etc without being pushy. I would certainly recommend shopping at Rituals Union Square.

I went to Rituals at the end of July this year to buy a gift for my mum who loves this brand. Hilary & Mel helped me around the store and were so incredibly helpful and kind and made the experience lovely. I wasn't sure which products to get so they each went through explaining all of the different ingredients and gave me a hand massage with the scrubs which was lush!! They packaged it all up perfectly. It was the best service experienced and I rarely leave reviews so this was special! 10/10 I now want to buy the products for myself and recommend them to others.. thanks girls. xx

What a lovely experience I had this morning when I went into the Rituals shop in Union Square. I was greeted by two lovely ladies, one who offered me a cup of ginger tea and the other who's name was Hilary who introduced me to some new products and then gave me a hand scrub with them. Both of these two assistants were very helpful, friendly and know their products. Thank you ladies,you are a credit to the Rituals company.

Had a wonderful experience at Rituals, Union Square today , did most of my shopping list for Christmas . Hilary was very helpful , above and beyond with her gift suggestions and helping with my bags .All the staff were eager to help, along with Andrew the manager, worked as a team . All the products are fabulous anyway , amazing smells. A very pleasant experience , I will be buying again.
