Unity Road Motorcycles

URM were recommended by a very reliable motorcycling friend and as the bike was now free from its dealer warranty, I booked the bike in for a big service. This involved valve adjustment, which is a BIG job, plus some other routine work. Couldn't have faulted Matt (really nice guy) and the team. They are reassuringly knowledgeable, efficient, great at keeping you updated as to what they are doing or any issues, such as calling me up to advise me I needed rear pads urgently, which they sourced quickly. Great value for money, knowing what other riders of my bike model have been charged by dealers around the country for the same work. They even provided me with a locker to store my helmet and jacket so I didn't have to carry them around before I went back to pick up the bike. The bike was a different bike after all their work. Both my bikes will going to Unity Road Motorcycles from now on!

Don't use this cowboy. Never take a high end bike there for anything. He will abuse you verbally if challenged. He will try to add issues to your bike that were never there. My bike still has issues since having an MOT done and charges you for work that was never done. Absolute cowboy. Go somewhere else..AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Had an issue with my Vespa front wheel. I was assisted by a team member and he was very polite and helpful. Solved the problem in less than 20mins and the charge was reasonable. Thank you so much.

My Triumph Speed Triple wasn't running at all well and I suspected that it was mainly in need of a good service. I booked in at Unity Motorcycles for a full service and MOT. Matt took care of things and whilst doing the service found my chain and sprocket also needed replacing which he also took care of. My bike now rides much better, feels like new again and things like the temperature management which I had put down to age are all within range again. I was very pleased with the service at unity motorcycles and plan on using them for all future work. Proper job!

Great service from Matt & team. They checked over my bike before a road trip around Ireland (1000+ miles), and then serviced and cleaned on return. Really friendly, would certainly use again.Thanks Kelly (lady biker)

MoT for my Z650 with very short notice. Matt was exceptional and managed to get me a very short notice slot within 90 mins of calling him. I also had an intermittent ABS issue which he was prepared to look into and clear, but which sorted itself out after a clean of both sensors (I’d had both wheels off for work the day before) - good advice from Matt!! Throughout the MoT, Matt communicated any observations and carried out my MoT in great time. Will definitely return and would highly recommend Unity for any of your motorcycle requirements. Top job - thank you.

These guys fitted me in last minute when I had a major brake issue a day before a riding holiday. Thanks to them shifting things around & getting the parts in at a moment's notice, I didn't have to cancel.Also friendly and a fair price.Will definitely be going back.

First visit today for my MOT. What a great little place with helpful friendly and relaxed staff. Having your motorcycle MOT is as nerve wracking as having your first child!The guys at Unity were great. I will return for any work I need on my bike.
