Had my car booked in for body and paint work. Shocking quality of work, even worse customer service and poor communication. The guys are rude and arrogant. No one in the garage had a clue what was going on with my vehicle. Car had marks and scratches which weren’t there previously and parts of the vehicle which needed to be painted were missed (issues were rectified, eventually). They had no idea or record of the work which had been carried out, which I’m still patiently waiting for. Car was filthy inside on collection and I have now found nuts and screws in my passenger footwell. Have absolutely no idea what they are for and the garage are refusing to take my calls/messages. Highly disappointed with my experience. Would not recommend.

Found Ray's MOT online to get a service and MOT and he was the best price I found in the area.Any problems, he contacted me and was able to resolve by the following morning.My only criticism would be the workers left the drivers side foot well quite muddy. Other than that very happy with the service provided.

I couldn't rate this company anymore than i do i had bumper and boot damage they fixed my car in less than 36 hours it looks like new the staff are so friendly i so recommend this company

Booked in for bodywork and wheel, rang up multiple times for an update and told it was in the spray booth. Ray tried to increase the price from the quote despite not having to do any extra work.Turned up to check out that no body had been done on my car despite being told it was in the spray booth and should be ready to collect soon. Didn't listen when I had replacement wing mirrors and instead damaged my existing wing mirrors prepping for paint. When changing my badges over the old glue wasn't removed and no new glue applied leaving them prone to falling off. Worst of all, was greeting by 2 children working at the place so would highly recommend to avoid this place for any sort of body work.Poor communication, poor workmanship and operating against UK trading standards.

Had front cracked bumper repaired and sprayed for a very reasonable price. They done a fantastic job, looks brand new. Needed this fixed ASAP, even though they were very busy, they fit it in. Dropped off on the Saturday morning and picked it up Monday morning. Would highly recommend and will be the only company I use in the future.

Was looking for someone local to do a paint job on the back bumper of my car, found Ray on Check a Trade website and he was so efficient and very responsive. Have the car for a repair and he did it in 24hrs. Very fast turnaround. He comes across trust worthy and reliable person. Will definitely use him again

Fantastic service from Ray’s body shop - very quick, reasonable price and fantastic work, can’t even see where the damage was. Would definitely recommend and use again.
