Kwik Fit - Maidstone - Loose Road

I took my car to Kwik fit, Loose Road, today to get the tyres and brakes checked. I was helped straight away and after they had a look I was advised I just needed one new tyre today and to review the brakes again in a couple of months. Dexter checked and had the tyre in stock (which I’ve never had with this car before) it was fitted and all done in 45mins. Great service, great price. I will definitely recommend this garage and be returning for the work on my brakes when required. Dexter is an asset to the company.

My fitting took nearly 2 hours, no enquiring if I had any questions-just told it would take 1.5 hours. And that was it. We came back 1.5hours to see my car with no tyres on and still being balanced. Returned back just under 2 hours from dropping off and I was just given my keys-no words were said apart from “it’s done”. Nothing else. I had asked for an air conditioning check but I doubt it was done. Very poor customer service interaction.

Efficiency.Honesty. We asked for our a/c to be checked and a quote. We were advised it was unlikely we would need it re-gassing (despite main dealer insisting it would and a quote of £159). We were quoted £20 for a clean/debug and a further £40 if a new pollen filter was required. It was completely checked and we were charged £20 only, as neither re-gassing or new filter was required. Outstanding and honest service.

Excellent service from staff, despite being busy on. Sunday, they were polite and accommodating. Thank you both.

Luckily I managed to get an appointment within 30 minutes of the call. I felt some issues with my car brakes while braking. It took only two and a half hours to wait despite their busy schedule. Glen fixed my car brakes with zero charges as it has minor issues—lovely and approachable staff.

Good clean waiting room and toilets.Friendly staff, came in for a slow puncture and immediately got recommended a new tyre.Unfortunately there is up selling, went to another garage and got the simple repair I needed.Shame!

Kept informed on the cost which was very high.However it had to be done all parts were shown to me . Excellent advice.My car was treated with the best respect.All work done to a high standard

Good customer service, messed up my locking wheel nut, had my 4 tyres done a month ago, I had a flat could not get it off, mobile kwik fit couldn’t get it off and recommended going back to store, so he pumped up the tyres and we went to the store. Store agreed they made a mistake but wasn’t sure how they messed up my locking wheel nut. Kept my car for two nights to fit a new tyre and to take that nut of and put a different one on. Got my car back and they didn’t put my locking key back, they did not put the cover back on the nut and left my car really muddy and dirty. Will not be returning.

What an amazing experience I have had at this branch the guys here Bradley, Mark and Ben was the best, I had such a bad experience from another branch and these guys could not do enough to help me fix the issue and even called me to make sure it was resolved thank you for all your help it was the best customer experience I have received in a very long time and I will always use this branch for all future purchases.
