Waitress was terrible, two dishes almost finished before two more came out cold.Food was nothing like Mexican, suppose to be Mexican and Japanese and has Italian dishes on the menu, I had to ask a customer for a menu as the waitress didn’t give me one and was too busy serving other people who came in after us.Then 12.5 service charge added on bill, which is not stated on their menu, beware! when we refused to pay the service charge, she said some nonsense about all restaurants make you pay this, then she was even ruder after and it said on our bill that she was the manager! she refused to say goodbye to us and stormed off, horrible woman! I recommending avoiding this place altogether and get service with a smile somewhere else

The food was good but delivered cold. The cheese on the nachos was supposed to be melted but I had to scrape it off one box, and it was grated in the other. Also, the nachos are not worth the price but I still give 3 stars because we were able to use the Buy 1 get 1 free (Uber).Consider not delivering to central London if you cannot guarantee the right temperature at drop-off

Ordered via uber eats, buy 1 get 1 free, buritos and ecnchiladas, all of them decent quality, enchiladas quantity seemed quite small. Cost each of them £13.95, with offer £7 cost for each, if not for offer would not order.

The most disgusting take away I have ever had. Never even left a review before but this place was so bad that I felt the need. Wouldn't feed this food to my dogs. Do not order from here!

We ordered via Just Eat and it took 2 hours to get to us, even though they marked it as delivered. Not only this when we called to check 3 times each time we were given different reasons for why it was late, told it was only 5 minutes away then 1/2 later after another call it finally arrived. The food we think would have tasted nice except it was cold. I will never order from them again and wont be recommending them.

Good price (buy one get one free deal on Uber eats), and came with sauces and on time. But that's where the positives end. The burrito itself tasted bad - couldn't taste anything but salt.Would not recommend

I am going to be rather liberal with my language, but the restaurant has earned it!Worst meal I've had in a very very long time! We ordered through the butler24 app, which somehow rated this at 4+!!!!There were many things wrong at many levels with this restaurant.1. Incorrect order: we'd asked for soup and they sent nachos instead!!!2. Rude staff: upon calling them the man on the phone was unapologetic and said we got what we ordered, upon insisting, he agreed they sent the wrong order but still didn't apologize. When asked if they could take away the nachos and send the soup he refused flatly, saying they don't have any drivers and that we need to call the app through which we placed the order. I said it's their responsibility to send the right stuff and that they should speak with the app folks to get this sorted. Which again, he refused and said all he can do is provide a refund.3. Food quality: DISGUSTING!!! Even if one item is not what you asked for, the staff is rude, a good, delicious and flavorful meal can make up for it. The meal was probably the worst aspect of the entire experience. We ordered the mini mix grill, tortilla chips with guacamole, soup and quesadillas.The soup was non existent, the quesadillas full of cheap quality cheese and stupidly greasy and literally lacked any flavour! The mini mix grill contained a lambchop that contained more oil than a fracking station, the beef sausage was uncooked (well, to be honest, half was properly cooked), the chicken was fine but the veggies that the menu says they garnish with, actually looked like someone decided to randomly throw bits and pieces in with the meat. The chips were also eeckily oily and guacamole in ridiculously small packs that don't hold more than 20 ml (generously). To top it all, the food was cold.So, to sum it up, rude staff, oily food, messed up order and food that tastes worse than manure!Order here/eat here if you truly hate someone and want to ruin their evening with the worst that London has to offer!Pathetic!

Ordered off of Uber Eats. So disgustingly packaged and delivered. The portions of the ‘jalapeño bullets’ are laughable. The dessert sauce spilt EVERYWHERE. The quesadillas weren’t even baked to be stuck to each other meaning all the contents were coming out of the container and flying all over my floor

Zero star. Food was raw and under cooked. This is not a authentic Mexican. What can you expect from place like this who has only 1 star out of 5

After checking online this place goes by many names. This place literally gave me the worst food poisen. The food was OK until a few hours later in bed i was throwing up. It had to be this place because its the only place iv been that day
