I called Lee this morning about a problem with our door suddenly being not able / very difficult to lock or unlock, this was a big issue for us, particularly my wife who came home yesterday afternoon and took 10 minutes to get inHe explained to me on the phone what might be the problem and that he would be with us between 4 and 5 and sure enough he arrived at 3-50.He was with us for about 50 minutes during which we found him to be polite, experienced, professional, and willing to share his knowledge and after realigning the door and confirming there was not a problem with our lock barrel, having temporarily substituted ours with one of his, left with the job done.He continually asked my wife to try the door lock, both inside and out and left only when both my wife and I were happy that the issue had been resolved.We would have no hesitation in recommending Lee.

Brilliant! Had a quick and effective solution for our broken front door… and more than that, Lee came to us at 10pm after having a terrible day and a broken down vehicle himself to honour his promise to fix our door the same day! Excellent service thank you!

Very poor interaction experience with Lee, the company's Director. He was completing work at a house across the street from me but, for some reason, had parked on my driveway. I asked the van be moved and he replied by asking if I needed access and that he'd 'only be ten minutes'.Regardless of how long the job was going to take (he left around 45 minutes after this) or if I 'needed' access (which I did), it is not the property of the person using his services for him to use.He offered no apology and huffed at me, when repeated I would like the van moved.

WORST Locksmith ever! We called Lee to open our door as the lock wasn't working and he spent 2 hours at our location. Overall, he was rude, he DIDN'T FINISH the job and he took longer than usual to open our door.His behaviour towards the end was appauling. When we paid him through bank transfer, he was extremely rude and inconsiderate and literally snagged the keys from us and threatened to make us drive to Birmingham to pick them up once he got the money. He was LOUD and RUDE and MADE A SCENE for NO REASON He was fixated on the fact that as long as he hasn't received the money its not considered paid, despite showing him the money had left our bank. As a business he should well enough that some bank transactions take time to clear. Would NEVER recommend.

At 8pm on a Sunday evening, Locked out of house with a 2 year old with keys on the inside ofthe door. Sheer panic. Rang Lockman 247 . Out within 10 minutes and door opened in 2 minutes. Excellent service. So relieved. Would definitely recommend.

Super service from Lee, the Proprietor. I called about a failed back door that wouldn't unlock and he was here (on a Sunday morning) within an hour. Diagnosed a failed multi-point latching gearbox and had it open very quickly but would have to fetch a part from Birmingham on Monday morning as he'd used his spare" a few days beforehand. So he effected a temporary but very secure repair for us to use the rest of the day and overnight. Came back on Monday afternoon to complete the repair. Fantastic job
