I am a young black women and this was the first time in this shop and the staff racially profiled me. I was followed by 3 members of staff despite making my intentions to buy clear to the first employee. When I confronted what seemed like the manager and told him that he and his staff were making me feel uncomfortable. They turned it into an argument. I will never go back to a place that does not respect new customers and cling onto outdated stereotypes.
