Right at Home Reigate and Crawley
I started working for RAH in February and within 2 months I was promoted to senior carer and then 3 months later to care coordinator. I thoroughly enjoy working for RAH. I was attracted at first because the pay is much better then other care companies and I was able to work between school hours which gave me a good work and home balance. If you are debating whether to apply you should! great staff team and lovely clients. What more could you ask for?!

Terrible company, awful hourly rates, will give you 5 hour gaps in between shifts so you’re waiting around. Always so short staffed so you’re under pressure all the time. Weekend rates are poor. Worst domiciliary company to work for.
