Would definitely recommend Gatwick Koi and the owners Gary and Sue. I have bought 6 fish now from them and very happy with all of them. Good and fair prices and you can get a mega bargain if you wait for the auctions. Very friendly and always happy to give advice. I won't go anywhere else for Koi again!

After losing job and closing pond build during covid I requested a refund for a fish deposit £800 to help pay the bills at home. Claimed no knowledge after proof of receipt and he’s struggling to find records. Pending legal action against Gary and Gatwick Koi, severe trust issues with transactions.

Great shop with plenty of excellent koi. Gary was very patient whilst helping to select some stunning shiro utsuri for me. Price was very reasonable (I got a bargain)He had also been working along side me to cure my on going ammonia problem in which he guided me down the route to finally getting a zero reading.To sum up, if you want sound advice, no hard sell, and quality koi then look no further.

Having recently built a new pond and never kept Koi before, Gary offered a lot of beginner advice when I was purchasing the Koi. A duty of care was also taken to ensure that the chemical levels in the water were acceptable prior to releasing the fish. Both Gary and Sue were welcoming, and I have returned several times since. Best place in the UK to buy Koi. Gary and Sue are always make you feel welcome, I never feel pressurised to buy fish, they are more concerned you are happy with anything you buy. Prices are excellent, these are very high grade koi from Japan's best breeders, not the generic A grade koi from some random place in Japan, so don't expect garden centre prices. I faxct fore the size, quality and most importantly the quarantine protocol they go through, they are very reasonably priced.Both Gary and Sue have been doing this a long time and their knowledge is some of the best in the business, always find they have time to sort out any issues I have. I had huge problems in 2022, Gary really went out his way to help me out and with water testing and following his advice we were able to get on top of the problems.Highly recommended, well worth the 6 hour round trip.

Recently upgraded my koi pond and having done countless visits to the guys at Gatwick koi I can assure you they are just great old fashioned pros.Your both abasing and have been so helpful in my upgrade providing great products at a reasonable price, also invaluable advice.Highly recommend

Water tests taken to Gary by a local Koi dealer on 27th May to establish the cause of serious health issues in our Koi pond. No communication from Gary unless we called him. He apologised for the unprofessional response but explained the lab lady had family issues. We patiently waited but 6 weeks later with no more communication we are no nearer to an answer to our urgent need to find cause of water tests other than he thought the Iron was maybe high? We do not leave reviews to knock anyone but would not want anyone else to waste their money on a service not delivered but more importantly to put the welfare of their fish at risk. Sadly disappointed.
